I always dreamed of having a dog. When I saw Ralf’s face one day on a Facebook page dedicated to adoption, I had a huge crush. I was at Doggy Oasis less than a week later to meet him. My crush was confirmed and a few days later, the shelter’s pick-up truck brought our Ralf home.

He immediately made the family happy. His adoption cost us one or two pairs of flip-flops but it was quickly forgotten by the joy of seeing him so happy among us. On a walk, in a carbet, in a pirogue, or simply during hours in the hammock, he never leaves us. He even followed us to France for our winter vacations this year. Today he is a dog who fills us with joy, well in his head, always ready to go for a walk, to play or to have a cuddle session.
